Warranty and Product Care
Care guidance for outdoor bags, trekking poles, towels, yoga mats, and daily carry items, with a clear path for product support questions.
What product care means here
Weekend outdoor use often means damp ground, trail grit, changing weather, road-trip packing, and storage between seasons. Good care keeps practical gear useful for repeat weekends.
Dry gear before storage, clean grit from moving parts, avoid unnecessary compression, and check zippers, straps, and pole locks before the next trip.
Bags and packs
Brush off dry dirt first, then spot clean with mild soap. Open every pocket while drying so moisture does not stay trapped near seams, zippers, or hardware.
Do not force heavy or sharp items into compact bags. For larger packs, store without long-term compression so the harness and fabric keep their shape.
Trekking poles and small essentials
After wet or sandy trails, wipe pole sections and locking areas before storage. Let the pole dry open, then fold or collapse it only when dry.
Towels and mats should be rinsed or wiped after heavy sweat, saltwater, mud, or park use, then fully dried before rolling or packing.
